Cold River Construction Company is a full service residential general contractor founded in 2004 with a focus on remodeling and renovation work. From preliminary design consultations through the final job site cleaning, we are intimately involved in every detail of our projects. While we complete numerous small projects every year, we aim to only take on one large project at a time so we can give it our full attention. We are customer service.
Our focus on professionalism and quality is manifested in all the phases of a project that we do with our own hands. We are carpenters. We frame, install windows and doors, roof, build decks, install cabinets, apply flooring and trim our own projects. We wear toolbelts not because it is our job, but because it is our career- and we love it. Further, we seek the same from the trade contractors we work with. We aim to provide dedicated, polite, hardworking and knowledgeable construction professionals in your home.
The president of the company, Mike Bodolay, has a BS in Business Management. In the past, he has been a member of the Anchorage Home Builder's Association, sat on their Remodelers council, and was designated a Certified Green Builder and Certified Graduate Remodeler. Now he focuses on Matanuska valley projects because it is the community where he and his family live.
